None of the relax products on this site contain a numbing agent. That is deliberate. Anaesthetics mask pain, and pain here is the signal telling you to slow down or stop. If a product promises to make you feel nothing, it is removing the only warning you have.

  1. Use more lubricant than feels sensible, and top it up before you think you need to.
  2. Go slower than you want to. Nothing here is improved by speed.
  3. Pain means stop, not push. Nothing on this site is designed to talk you past it.
  4. Silicone lubricant and silicone toys do not mix. Water-based if there is a toy involved.
  5. Afterwards is part of it. A care cream is not fussy, it is just sensible.

Questions we get most.

How much lubricant should I actually use?

More than you are using. A generous amount to start, and reapply before things start to feel dry rather than after. Running dry is the single most common reason this goes badly, and it is the easiest one to avoid.

Do the relax products numb anything?

No, and we do not stock ones that do. These contain oils, aloe, St John's wort and panthenol to soften skin and help the muscle relax. Anaesthetic products exist elsewhere, but numbing removes the feedback that tells you to slow down, which is the opposite of useful.

Can I use silicone lubricant with a silicone toy?

No. Silicone lubricant breaks down silicone toys over time, leaving the surface tacky and porous. Use water-based with any silicone toy. Glass, steel and ABS plastic are fine with either.

Are these safe with condoms?

Yes, both silicone and water-based are safe with latex. Oil-based lubricants are not, which is why we do not sell them. If you are using condoms, either category here is fine.

Which should I start with if I have never done this?

A relax cream or spray, and a water-based lubricant. Water-based is more forgiving to clean up and works with anything you might already own. Move to silicone once you know you want something that lasts longer without topping up.

How discreet is delivery?

Plain outer box, no branding and no product name on the label. The sender reads as a logistics code and the card statement shows a neutral descriptor.
